We start with a minimum 12 weeks as is the perfect time frame to see exponential results across the domains you want to see improvement. Reprogramming your neural pathways is a science that requires repeatable, consistent change to embed and become sustainable and long term.
Additionally, I found that for most clients, the initial start point then leads to many new areas that you would like to optimize and focus on. So the process of change is dynamic and your new beliefs, achievements will want you to incorporate additional areas of and goals.
We start with the Minimum 12 Weeks and see your achievements. Most clients work intensively for the initial 12 weeks, then decide how they would like to continue. Each client has unique needs, goals and aspirations.
What I can share is that most continue on a less intensive basis to continue their self development and growth. Either on the same plan or a different frequence of engagement. Network clients are also able to switch on their focus at anytime in the future for more focused and intensive coaching for any duration of time they require.
It may lead to new focus on leadership, health, productivity, life goals, finances, wealth, starting a new business, family or career.
And for most, the structure of our work together reveals the power of continuous feedback and accountability with alternative insights that shape our success. Some clients continue for many years in a less frequent capacity.
When you understand the science of change, you will learn that the type of goal is not important. The powerful catalyst is the power of identifying the root cause of inaction, getting clear on what you want and the reasons why, and developing a strategic plan based on progressive incremental change with accountable actions. Every sessions will build based your achievements and challenges of the previous week, aligned with your end goals, and refined based on the feedback of your actions and strategy you have implementing since your last session.
Each session is a review of previous weeks plan and anything else that has come up that requires attention that may have lead to a successful achievement or a resistance to progress. Life is not predictable, so often, we need to adapt, and pivot based on the situations that take place unexpectedly. Additionally, during the program you will have 'Distinctions', breakthroughs, new understandings that continue to build your awareness and form your 'Next step'.
Each session will complete with a review of key actions, timeframes, potential barriers and solutions to navigate the next phase of work.
You are the Pilot. We work at your pace. However I will certainly offer a question or two for you to answer to determine if you are playing safe, staying in your comfort zone, when you may just be playing it safe (as you may have normally done).
I will also hold you accountable to your word regarding what you say you want and are going to do.

Micro Coaching is the additional level of access and feedback for clients enrolled in the higher level Coaching. In addition to the calls and private sessions, we communicate on an 'as needs basis' share feedback, challenges and direction when needed. I call this to the 2 Minute Coach 🙂 I endeavour to give a solution to any challenge within 2 minutes. The key is to provide swift, direct and effective feedback to keep the momentum strong, and pivot quickly as necessary.

From experience with other clients, it depends on many factors. Your history, the size of the goal, time frame and your ability to adapt and implement new tools, systems and actions. People ask me all the time, "Dan, how do you make people change?" I simply tell them I don't make people change. I simply share simple, yet powerful tools that when implements, give near instant feedback. When they feedback is what you want, and are implemented with ease, then you will want to do them more! We call these 'BREAKTHROUGH'S". Often they are instant, immediate, depending the situation. Payments are all digital and to help manage your finances, payments are made monthly. However we do have action incentives for those who would like to complete the full 12 weeks in one payment.
We all different purchasing behaviour and preferences.. Some prefer to commit fully, giving them to accountability and feeling of "I'm all in and 100% committed. Others prefer to manage their finances and invest follow the monthly plan.
